Never share your private keys with anyone, including us. We only need your public receiving address to send your Bitcoin.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can convert?

We accept Google Play cards with a minimum value of $10. There’s no maximum limit – you can convert as many cards as you’d like in a single transaction. For large transactions over $1,000, please contact our support team for special rates and faster processing.

What if my Google Play card has already been used or has no balance?

Our system verifies the balance of every gift card in real-time. If a card has no balance or has already been used, the transaction will be canceled automatically, and you won’t receive any Bitcoin. We recommend only attempting to sell gift cards that you’re certain have value remaining.
